Many students, who began January with a resolution, had given up by Valentine’s Day a month later. It was again impossible for them to keep their promises regarding classes and a new way of life.

It is in our power to direct our minds optimistically. We must always be enthusiastic in our emotional state. That is why anyone who keeps a journal or record should do so. Having a daily record of small victories provides daily motivation.

It would help if you started keeping a journal daily. Note every positive thing that happens to you that day. Each day at the end of your yoga or meditation session, you could reflect on this.

You will also notice one other result after a month or two – you will have permanently conditioned your mind for success. You can permanently change your life for the better following this systematic formula. Yogic mind training has been proven effective for thousands of years with this formula.
